How to Write a Support Ticket That Gets a Fast Answer
Updated:
Most orders need no help at all. When something does need a person, a clear ticket saves a round of questions. Here is what to include, and how tickets work on YoozMarket.
Open it from your dashboard
Tickets live in your dashboard under “Tickets”. Press “New ticket”, pick a topic, write a subject and a message, and send it. You need to be logged in, so the team already knows which account you are writing from.
Pick the right topic
The topic sends your question to the right place. You can choose from five:
- Orders
- Payments & wallet
- Account
- API & technical
- Other
Link the order and add the details
If the ticket is about an order, choose it in the optional “Related order” field and also add the order number or the link you used in the message. For a payment, write the amount and the time you paid.
Describe what you ordered, what you expected and what happened instead. The subject can be short, but it needs at least 3 characters, and the message cannot be empty.
After you send it
Every ticket shows a status: “Waiting for support”, “Answered” or “Closed”. The team usually replies within a few hours, and you also get an email when there is a reply. Open the ticket to read it and answer in the same thread.
A closed ticket is not lost: sending a reply reopens it.
Good to know
You can have up to 5 open tickets at once, so close the ones that are solved before opening a new one. Check the order page first — it shows the live status, and many questions are answered there. If an order cannot be completed, the amount goes back to your wallet.
