Telegram Login Code Not Arriving? A Step-by-Step Checklist

Updated:

You entered a virtual number in Telegram and nothing shows up. Most of the time the cause is simple and fixable. Go through this checklist in order before you contact anyone.

Start in the right place

The code does not appear by itself. The order page only has something to show after Telegram has actually sent a code for that number.

  • Open Telegram and enter the number you bought.
  • Request the login code in the app.
  • Then open the number's page under “Orders” — the code is shown there automatically once it arrives.

If the code does not show up right away

Wait a few minutes and request the code again. Delays happen, and a second request is often all it takes. Avoid sending many requests one after another; give each attempt a little time.

Two-step password

If the number has a two-step password, it appears on the same order page next to the code. If Telegram asks for a password after the code, look there before trying anything else.

Check these common mistakes

  • The number was typed with a wrong country code or a missing digit.
  • You are looking at an old order instead of the number you just bought. Every number is listed separately under “Orders”.
  • The number is being used for something other than Telegram. These numbers work for Telegram only, not for other websites or apps.

When to open a support ticket

If you waited, tried again and still see no code, open a ticket from your dashboard and include the number and the time of your attempts. If a purchase fails, the full amount is refunded to your wallet automatically, so you do not need to ask for it.

Keep your account safe

Never share the login code or the two-step password with anyone. YoozMarket support will never ask for them. You can reopen any number you bought under “Orders” to see its code again.
