Why Telegram Members Drop and What to Expect

You order members for a channel, the number goes up — and a few weeks later it is lower again. This is normal for some plan types and avoidable for others. Here is why it happens and how to choose a plan that matches what you expect.
Why the number goes down
There are three common reasons. First, a plan can have a set duration: members stay for the period of the plan and are not meant to be permanent. Second, Telegram itself removes accounts that are frozen or deleted, and those members disappear from your list. Third, ordinary subscribers leave on their own, as they do on any channel.
Knowing which of these applies depends on the plan you chose, so read its description before you pay.
What the plan types mean
On YoozMarket the member plans differ in how long members stay and what kind of account they are:
- Plans with a set duration — 7 days, 15 days, 1, 3 or 6 months, for channels and groups.
- Guaranteed plans — 1 and 3 months with a retention guarantee. The guarantee needs a private invite link and does not cover frozen or deleted accounts.
- Premium members — accounts with Telegram Premium, in 7-day, 15-day and 1-month plans.
- Fake accounts — for example the 3-month Iranian members and members with views. They raise the visible numbers of a channel; they are not active readers.
How to lower the risk
A few habits make a real difference:
- If you need more certainty, choose a guaranteed plan and always send a private invite link.
- Turn off join-request approval on the channel or group; public or private links both work otherwise.
- Do not place a new member order for the same link until the previous one is finished.
- Match the duration to your goal: a launch or a screenshot for a one-month campaign needs a different plan than a long-term audience.
What to expect, honestly
Members from a plan are not the same as organic readers. Some plans are fake accounts that only raise the number, and no plan can promise that people will read or react to your posts. If engagement matters more than the number, build it with content and use the numbers only as support.
